Susan DeQuattro presented the 2022 Norm Wilkinson Creative Arts Scholarship to Wells High School senior Owen Nelson.
Intending to be a music education major at the University of Maine at Orono, Owen Nelson wishes to pass his passion for playing music on to his future students.
